From the earliest morning hour, parents, academic and administrative staff, employees and students converged on the school’s main courtyard, transformed for the occasion into a vibrant canvas of national pride and collective reflection.
The day began with a solemn flag-raising ceremony, during which the Egyptian national anthem rang out clear and strong. Students from various grade levels flanked the flagpole, their voices unified in tribute to the spirit of peaceful protest and civic courage that defined the uprising of 2013. The moment underscored the school’s commitment to instilling values of patriotism and social responsibility in every learner.
Following the ceremony, a series of short presentations highlighted the revolution’s significance. Academic staff members offered historical context, charting the revolution’s origins in calls for economic justice and transparent governance.
